Strengthen and encourage Pastors through:
- Praying for them and with them
- Retreats
- One-on-one meetings
- Sending them & their spouse for a three day "get away" to a resort location
- Taking care of their families in special & unique ways, shoring up one of the methods Satan can use to attack the Pastor
Encourage and care for the spouses and children of Pastors by:
- Praying for them and their families
- Meeting with them individually
- Sending notes and gifts of encouragement
- Hosting special days for their children
- Remembering special days such as anniversary and birthdays
- Organizing monthly activities for their teenagers
Transfer the vision to care for Pastors to individuals within the Chruch by:
- Conducting leadership seminars that explain the Biblical principals of caring for the Pastor and his/her family
- Working with volunteers from churches to provide hands-on-training of the practical ways to care for the Pastor
- Preaching in local churches and challenging the Body regarding these principals
